Alpha 1926's vintage automatic watch

Love the feel and face of this watch , 5 watches from Alpha now.

Roman dial is is in print with clear exposure to the alpha logo. Small second dial is nicely aligned and neatly printed. Hands fit nicely. The case is of high quality and superb with a nice shine. Band is nice and a good fit with he watch.

Lovely polish to the case. Nice display back. Looks and feels really nice. NOT screw down crown as advertised but not an issue on this watch. Clever design how spring bars are hidden. I think the strap is too modern so I will change this.

Very nice watch that looked exactly like it did online. It definitely fulfilled my expectations of a watch that looked alot like the rolex oyster 1926. There was one problem however which keeps this from 5 stars. The buckle at the end of the watch band had only one drilled hole on one side of the buckle for the spring bar. The result - the buckle fell off like butter from the strap as i tried to put it on. Really disappointed that i now have to buy a new buckle or just a new strap all together. Love the watch though!
