TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Customs charges

All our stock is based in Europe and all items will be shipped directly from EU. No extra delivery import charges for European buyers. Non EU buyers please check the rate of charges with your local customs agency. Buyer is responsible for any import charges if any applies.

Payment

For all purchases we do accept PayPal and card payments. If any other payment mathod is required, please contact us via email and we will provide a best solution. We do not charge any payment method fees and we are not responsible for any fees raised by a payment service provider if any applies.

Billing & shipping addreses

All orders will be shipped only to confirmed addresses. It is customer's responsibility to provide valid and correct billing - delivery address. Billing address provided to us must to match Your payment method (PayPal or Credit Card) billing address. If the address doesn't match, we do have a right to do not process Your order and to cancel transaction.

Feedback

If you are experiencing a problem with a parcel or a product you received from us, please do not leave a negative feedback, please contact us as soon as possible, we are always here and we will offer you a best solution to resolve it. We are buyer friendly and we do care about our reputation.

Shipping

For deliveries we do work with DHL company and all orders will be shipped by post or DHL courier, depends on a service you choose at the checkout. Buyer is responsible for providing correct shipping information. If incorrect address will be provided and a parcel will be returned as undelivered, you will be charged for a redelivery.

Order processing

All orders will be shipped next business day after a cleared payment (this does not include a weekend and public holidays).  Delivery time stated is provided by a post company and we do not take any responsibility for any delays caused by a shipping companies or customs agencies.

Returns

Returns are accepted in 14 days after delivery to your door. Items for returns must to be unworn and in a same condition as received. After a 14 days if something goes wrong with the item and this is manufacturing issue, it will be serviced by a warranty service. Buyer is responsible for any returns charges.

Warranty

Warranty does apply to a watches only. It is covered under a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty and in this period it can be serviced under a warranty policy at the manufacturer’s workshop. Watch must contain stamped and dated warranty card with a product serial number and accompanied with the sales invoice.
