un chronographe mécanique qui respire la qualité , très beau a un prix défiant toute concurrence . seul petit bémol la couronne vissé pas top pour le remontage manuel tout les jours a améliorer . sinon je recommande cet achat , j ' en ai deux et j 'en suis super satisfait .

I bought the Alpha Chronograph in both the black and silver dial. The watch is nice. I was looking for something with a vintage feel. I wish they didn't change the crystal from acrylic to glass (mineral). The acrylic had more of a dome and vintage feel. It scratched easier, but the scratches could be easily buffed out by hand. The glass will eventually scratch but you can't buff out glass. I like the big size. It's actually 40mm. The case may be 39mm but the bezel overhangs a little. My biggest complaint is the steel dial. It's too shiny. It's so shiny that it's difficult to read in the sun. It also gives it a bit of a cheap mall watch feel. Watch designers in the past were aware of glare and did not over polish the dial. I also think a duller dial would have given this watch more of a tool watch feel, like vintage chronographs, and less of a jewelry effect. It's a good watch, especially for the money. I like the bracelet. Some reviewers thought it looked cheap, but I disagree. The original bracelets in the 60's and 70's were very similar. I like the vintage feel. I would have given the watch five stars if it were not for the over polished silver dial and the glass crystal.
