I`m very satisfied with the case, and astonished it should be 12mm high, but it is 10,5mm wich I like much better. The ETA 2824/2 fits perfect, and the Oysterband was connected easily.

explorer case 2824
Great case, the finishing and milling are exceptionally good for the price. Brushing and polishing are well executed. The inner plastic ring allows you to mount the movement without the movement tabs.

36mm Explorer type watch case
The build quality and finishing of the watch case is excellent. The crown also looks and feels good.
The only thing I didn't quite like was the movement fitting ring which is plastic and doesn't really have a good lip inside for the movement holder clips to attach onto.
I am new to watch making and may be making a mistake when installing the movement fitting ring.
Overall this is a quality product at a reasonable price.

Exellent finishing for the price
The case is really well finished for the price. I've recycled an old well working ETA 2842 (the 284* has the same size of 2824) coming from and old automatic swatch.
